Dr. Thomas Monday is a certified National Accountant (CNA) with vast experience in Public Accounting, an astute civil servant, who has over the years initiated result oriented processes aimed at upholding the principles and ideals of the civil service with regards to the Civil Service Rule and Financial Regulations.

Dr. Thomas Monday, attended several institutions in his quest to acquire pre-requisite knowledge to equip himself for the task of leadership and service to the nation. Among the institutions he attended both Academic and Professional are:
