MODHIP remains a national leader in HIV prevention and treatment within the military health system.
Our services include:

  • Comprehensive HIV testing and counselling

  • Initiation and monitoring of Antiretroviral Therapy (ART)

  • Management of opportunistic infections

  • Paediatric and adolescent HIV care

  • Advanced treatment models including Operation Triple Zero (O3)

  • HIV/TB integrated services and co-infection management

Improving health outcomes for mothers and children is central to our intervention framework. Our services include:

  • PMTCT (Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission)
  • Safe pregnancy and delivery services
  • Early Infant Diagnosis (EID)
  • Routine childhood screening and care
  • Cervical cancer screening and women’s preventive health

Through strengthened diagnostics, modern TB laboratories, and clinical support systems, MODHIP ensures:

  • Routine TB screening for all HIV-positive clients

  • MDR-TB case detection and referral
